Costs & Disclosures: For Shareholders to advertise in the Slips for Sale or Rent area, SSYC asks for the following donation to help us cover the expenses of website maintenance and costs (SSYC is a non-profit organization):

• To add a listing to the Sale and/or Rent area… $20.00
• After 30 days,  to change a listing in the Sale and/or Rent area… $20.00
• To remove a listing in the Sale and/or Rent area… No Charge
  
• After your slip is Rented, the Rent entry is removed to end repeated inquiries. The slip may be added again the following year for the normal $20.00 listing donation.

Note: Let us know if you want to remove your Sale listing or it will remain until we hear from you or is sold.

Note: Please have all related information on the ready (i.e. Slip number; Sale or Rent amount; contact information like email or phone number).

Updates to the Slips for Sale or Rent sections are performed at the discretion of the SSYC Webmaster and Board of Directors.  Both parties reserve the right to refuse any requests to update the Slips for Sale or Rent section for any reason.

The timing of updates to the Slips for Sale or Rent section is discretionary as our Webmaster is a volunteer and may not always be readily available to service the website. Every attempt to be timely will be made on accepted updates.
