Slips for Rent or Sale
All of the slips at Sunset Shores Yacht Club are individually managed by the shareholder. To
inquire about a slip it is necessary to contact those
shareholders. It is the responsiblity of the shareholder to assure that
any boat moored in SSYC does not impede the safe approach or departure of
boats in adjacent slips. Prior to any vessel being moored in a slip at SSYC
two Documents
MUST
be on file with the
Fleet Captain
: 1. A properly completed
current year Mooring Form

for that vessel. 2. A copy of an insurance policy (or section
thereof) clearly showing a
minimum
of $300,000 of liability insurance covering the vessel for the current boating
season.
